Dianne is a gifted artist who started painting at a young age. Her work shows her love of colour, texture and the beauty of nature. Over the years Dianne has won local awards for her fabric paintings, folk art, pen and washes and pastels. in 1988 she was conducting fabric painting classes which resulted in her being commissioned to create hand painted Australian T-shirts for the World Expo held in Brisbane. These shirts found their way to all parts of the globe. Dianne's enthusiasm and talent for art, has been a gift she has shared with the local community teaching art to adult groups and young gifted children at the local school.

Having put her art on hold while she raised a family, Dianne initially started painting again for self-fulfillment, but a portrait of the family pet saw her taking orders from all over Australia.
